Hiro Nishimura, Chairman & CEO of World Campus International, Inc. visited the Languages and Cultures Department of Arts in the University of Gent. There he informed the students about the World Campus – Japan 2013 program. It was the first station of his trip in 7 european countries.

2012 WCJ Session 5 experience
In Abiko city (suburb of Tokyo), our participants will enjoy Japanese summer festival or special activities of art & BBQ in nature!

2012 WCJ Session 4 experience
In Tama city, our participants will get to have the opportunity of unique Tokyo tour with college students in Tokyo, and Tama LOC working on Mt.Fuji special activity for a break between session 4 & 5 together with Whole Earth Nature School. http://wens.gr.jp/english/index.html
And, Toride LOC members are planning original program of a kite making workshop or old shop promotion etc.

2012 WCJ Session 3 experience
Our participants will have a chance to try Innebandy (Swedish sport ; floor ball) and a new local specialty steamed bread etc. as community energetic activities in Suita (suburb of Osaka). http://cookpad.com/recipe/1195151 And, in Uda city, experience of real nature of Japan and Buddhism etc. would be waiting for our participants in Kyoto/Nara area.
2012 WCJ Session 2 experience
In Arao, our participants will be greeted by the city mayor and visit some of the unique cultural sites, such as a Japanese sword smith and “Iai” demonstration. They will also have an interaction in a local elementary school.
In Kumamoto, our participants will visit the Japan’s only hospital which accepts “abandoned babies” with various reasons and listened to the doctor who started this baby drop off concept. They will also have an opportunity to explore the Kumamoto city with a group of local university students.
