WCI presents in the Copenhagen Business School
On December 1st, 2009, the CEO of World Campus International, Inc. , Hiro Nishimura, and three alumni, Maria Lisberg (Summer ’09), Torsten Sigvertsen (Summer ’09) and Lily Ha(Summer ’08 & Spring ’09) presented the World Campus – Japan Program to the students of the Copenhagen Business School. It was inspiring for the interested university students to hear the real experience stories from the alumni of WCI.

On November 30th, 2009, The CEO of World Campus International, Inc., Hiro Nishimura, visited the Up with People cast in Varberg, Sweden. He spoke to the cast for one hour, explaining his connection to Up with People and presenting the World Campus – Japan Program. The cast received him with a warm welcome, and quite a few members showed their interests in the World Campus – Japan Program.
World Campus – Japan presentation at the Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University
On November 25th, 2009, the two World Campus – Japan Program alumni, Shohruhbek Ibragimor from Uzbekistan and Than Than Htwe from Myanmar joined in the program presentation at their school campus, the Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Beppu, Oita Japan. They enthusiastically explained their valuable experience with the WC-J program to their fellow APU students.
World Campus International hosts the members of “Cirque du Soleil”
World Campus International, Inc. facilitated the Cultural Emersion Program for the members of Cirque du Soleil’s “CORTEO” from October 14 thru 15. The professional performing artists spent two days in the beautiful mountain community, Uda City in Nara Prefecture, experiencing home stay, temple visits, and a session with a Japanese sward maker, etc. In these two days, the members deeply emerged into the Japanese community and culture.
