On April 6th at the International Salem Boarding School in Ueberlingen, Germany starting at 11:15am, there will be a presentation on the July / August ’09 World Campus – Japan programs. General Manager, Robert Sloat will talk about the organization and program highlights and what other Salem students have experienced as alumni of World Campus – Japan.
On April 1st at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft in Zurich, Switzerland starting at 18:00, there will be a presentation on the July / August ’09 World Campus – Japan programs. In the Hochschulgebäude Sihlhof in room 306, General Manager, Robert Sloat will talk about the organization and program highlights. WCJ alumni Christine Thuerig, Cyrill Gross and Yannick Franel will also be in attendance to talk about their experiences in Japan in the spring and summer programs of 2008.
On March 30th at Roskilde University starting at 10:30am, there will be a presentation on the July / August ’09 World Campus – Japan programs. In the Geo-fagsal building in room 02, General Manager, Robert Sloat will talk about the organization and program highlights. WCJ alumni Christian Damgaard and Anders Schaumann will also be in attendance to talk about their experiences in Japan in the summer of 2008.
Berthalina, Bob, Guang and Jake had a great time meeting young people, parents, and career counselors from the greater Denver, Colorado area all looking to learn more about our international travel opportunity that broadens an understanding of Japan and other cultures from around the world that one meets in our program. In addition to video from past World Campus – Japan programs, those that stopped by our table got to look at traditional and modern Japanese products as well as try some Japanese goodies. We are looking forward to meeting some of you in one of our upcoming programs in Japan!
On February 4th, from 6:30pm – 8:30pm, you can meet some of the WCI team members to get information about ways to come to Japan in 2009. We will have both road staff and company management present at the Dynamy Fair, located at the Sherman Event Center, 1770 Sherman St. Denver, Colorado. Co-founder and General Manager Bob Sloat said that “We are looking forward to meeting people who want to learn about the opportunities to come to Japan for anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months experiencing unique access to the Japanese culture and people with peers from around the world. We have a couple of remaining positions for this spring but mostly want to talk about the Tokyo and western Japan options for this summer. It’s our first time going to this particular fair and we are excited to be there!”.
